What we collect, and why
When you write to us
If you contact us by email we receive your address, your message and anything you choose to attach. We use it only to answer you and to manage the working relationship that may follow. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and the performance of a contract where one exists (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the professional relationship requires, and no longer than 24 months after the last message unless accounting law obliges us to keep it longer.
When you browse the site
The site is served by Cloudflare, which records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested file, browser and referrer — to deliver the pages and to protect the service against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for a short period by the provider and are not used by us to build profiles.
We use no analytics, no advertising tools, no social plugins and no fingerprinting.
Sound preference
If you switch sound off, your browser stores that choice locally under the key sa-sound. It never leaves your device and identifies nobody. It is strictly necessary to provide a feature you asked for, so it needs no consent.
Embedded video
Some product pages can show a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you ask for it. The player stays blocked behind a placeholder; only if you choose to load it does your browser connect to Google, which may set cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the settings below.

Who else sees the data
We do not sell or trade personal data. It is handled only by the providers that run the service for us, acting as processors or as independent controllers for their own part:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery
- Google Ireland Ltd. / YouTube — video playback, only after your consent
- Aruba S.p.A. — email hosting, receiving and storing correspondence (servers in Italy)
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.
To request removal of your data, or to exercise any other right, write to info@superaudio.studio. We answer within one month, as required by Article 12 GDPR.
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully you may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the country where you live.
Children
This site is aimed at professionals and is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Trademarks and project credits
The company names and logos shown on this site — in the client roster and in the works list — are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear for one purpose only: to identify factually the projects Francesco Pellegrin has contributed to.
Their presence does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or ongoing relationship, nor any claim of ownership over those marks. Each project is credited with the specific role performed, and nothing more is asserted.
Logos are reproduced in a single ink so the roster reads as one set; no other alteration is made to the marks.
If you own one of these trademarks and would prefer it not to appear here, write to info@superaudio.studio and it will be removed promptly.

If this policy changes we update this page and the date below. Material changes affecting consent will be asked for again.
